Why we collect your information
When live, the quote and Rate Alert forms will collect your contact information and the mortgage details you choose to provide so Jim Elkins can review your request and follow up about your mortgage needs.
We do not sell your submitted information
We do not sell the personal information you submit through these forms. Authorized service providers may process it to operate the website, verify submissions, deliver your request and help us respond. The approved company privacy notice will describe applicable disclosures and rights before launch.
Your permission to contact you
You must actively check the request-specific permission box before submitting. It authorizes Jim Elkins, through The Mortgage Desk powered by NEXA Lending, to contact you by phone, text or email about your mortgage inquiry or Rate Alert request. It does not enroll you in unrelated automated marketing.
Keeping a record of your permission
When live, we will record your affirmative checkbox selection, the exact permission wording and its version, the server receipt date and time, the form source, your name and contact details, your browser information and the network IP address supplied by our hosting provider. A receipt with these details accompanies the request delivered to info@TMD.mortgage. These records support handling your inquiry and documenting your communication choices.
Changing your preferences
Contact info@TMD.mortgage or Cell: 615-881-6927 (anytime) to withdraw permission or change your contact preferences. Reply STOP to a text message to request that texts stop. Message and data rates may apply. You may call Jim directly without completing this form.
Private draft
No form data is currently transmitted or saved. The sample human-verification checkbox is a preview control, not a working CAPTCHA. Live CAPTCHA, secure delivery and the permission-record database must be configured before submissions are enabled. The approved company privacy notice and final branding remain pending the NEXA transition and DBA approval.
External services
External links such as YouTube use their own privacy policies. Once enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile will verify submissions, and an authorized email service will deliver them to Jim’s inbox.
